Barnyard Animals, Bows, and the BIG 3.0.

Well, as a dear sweet friend told me today...I'm an old fart. Today is my birthday.

The BIG 3.0.

Of course, I drive a mini van, make sure I get plenty of fiber, and almost always dress for comfort. (High heels...what are they?) So, I'm thinking I've probably been an old fart for quite some time. Oh, well. My children will keep me young, right? That is, when they're not turning my hair gray!

This is the birthday card I got from my hubby...

I did hear from family and friends today, who I truly count as tremendous blessings in my life. I heard at least 3 different birthday songs (one was a Dad original and one involved smelling like a monkey) and smiled so much it hurt. It was a great day.

On another note...it was trick-or-treat night tonight.
