I did it.
Ten days gone. Ten tasks done. I can honestly say that had it not been for this challenge, I would have only completed about half the tasks on my list. Ahh, motivation and accountability.
Pots were painted and got new tenants:)
I also painted a picture frame and an "M" white, although I forgot to take pictures.
Curtains were hung in my bedroom. (under $10...flat sheets from Wal-Mart) They're very simple, but they'll work for now. I used The Nester's clip and poof method...so easy.
The walls still need painted, but that's another list.
I made this purse/handbag by using the pattern on Tiny Happy. Check it out!
I also got the straw under the strawberry plants today and finished ordering the rest of my homeschool curriculum materials last night.
It feels great to finally have this stuff done! Thanks for checking in and the encouragement along the way!
Have a wonderful weekend!

Good job, Marie!
The purse is adorable, and I really like the curtains. Don't you just love Walmart's flat sheets?
That's a very lovely purse!!
Fantastic job Marie! So glad you accomplished so much. It feels good to check things off the to-do list. :)
Very cute bag, curtains, and pots. Inspired by your burst of creativity, need to paint the living room and make some curtains desperately...
Wow, you got a lot done! Very inspiring, I've been wanting to start sewing....hopefully soon. Thanks for stopping by my blog, I appreciate the comment!
Good job, well done. I am not online much right now. Just don't have the energy for it at the end of the day. Last week I had to go to the medical center with my youngest every day for intravenus antibiotics. I have finally got it all together so I can do it myself at my own house for her and I hope our days will be more relaxed and less tiredsome.
Take care.
Your curtains and that purse are lovely! Great job! I've seen a few bloggers mention this challenge. I'll have to look into it and see if I'm brave enough :)
